Sean has a strongly-held belief that he best serves his clients with timely communication and by ensuring they understand the law and legal process. Sean’s clients benefit from his attention to detail and his passion and commitment to fulfilling the needs and objectives of the clients he serves.

Sean is a partner at Miles Davison and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Sean is a litigator with an emphasis on labour and employment (including wrongful dismissals), insolvency and collection matters, construction disputes, personal injury and estate litigation. Sean has considerable experience at all levels of the Alberta Courts and is well known by the Calgary Bar and Judiciary.

Outside the courtroom, Sean is a sports enthusiast, willing to try just about anything. He was a ski racer in his youth and still loves to ski, but switched to hockey and plays a few nights a week. Sean also loves to sail when weather and time permits. He and his family are long-time Calgary residents.
