Krishni holds a J.D. from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Calgary. Her practice is focused in commercial law, with an emphasis on personal and corporate insolvency and debt financing transactions.

While in law school, Krishni supported the growth of startups as a caseworker at the River City Venture Clinic. She also gained practical experience as a summer student in the legal department of a midstream oil and gas company.

Outside of her professional life, Krishni enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and unwinding with the Real Housewives series
