Inna is a pragmatic and fair-minded litigator.

Inna represents organizations and individuals with respect to a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters, with a focus on commercial disputes. Her commercial litigation practice includes insolvency litigation, construction litigation, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, and general contractual disputes.

In her insolvency practice, Inna represents both creditors and debtors in receivership, bankruptcy, foreclosure and complex commercial debtor-creditor litigation. Inna served as a member of the executive for the Insolvency Law section of the Canadian Bar Association. As part of her construction law practice, Inna provides counsel to owners, general contractors and subcontractors in builders’ lien matters, deficiency and delay claims. In her civil litigation practice, Inna assists clients in matters concerning administration of estates, termination of employment and human rights law.

Inna is an experienced litigator, having appeared as lead counsel before all levels of Court in Alberta. She has also participated in arbitrations, mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Inna draws on her experience with litigation to develop effective risk management strategies for her clients. In conjunction with her litigation practice, Inna provides counsel to businesses, not-for-profit organizations, housing management bodies, on matters of governance, placement of financing, employment and privacy matters.

Outside of work, Inna enjoys travelling, skiing, hiking and spending time in the Rockies.
