Professional Background
Bill has practiced law in Calgary since 1977, focusing on tax, wills and estate planning law corporate reorganizations for business clients. Bill joined Miles Davison LLP in 2002.
Since returning to private practice in 1989, following 6 years as in-house tax counsel at Texaco Canada Resources, Bill has been extensively involved with structuring and reorganizing corporations, owner-managed businesses and partnerships.
Bill recently completed the successful negotiation of a Service Contract with the National Iranian Oil Company in Iran on behalf of a Canadian public company.
His preferred areas of practice are as counsel:
