Professional Background
Sean FitzGerald is a partner of Miles Davison LLP and serves in its Executive Committee. Sean is a litigation lawyer, having practiced general civil litigation for a variety of corporate, partnership and individual clients for over 27 years. While his practice is diverse, Sean counsels clients primarily on contract and property disputes, employment matters, negligence and other tort claims, shareholder and other corporate related disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency matters and is developing his practice in the energy industry. Sean has considerable experience at all levels of the Alberta Courts and is well known by the Calgary Bar and Judiciary.
Sean enjoys a challenge and takes a hands on approach to serving the needs of his clients.

Interests
Sean is willing to try any sport with the exception of curling. When he is not in Court, he is most likely found skiing the Rocky Mountains with his family or watching his daughters excel in the arena or on the soccer pitch. He also loves to sail when weather and time permit.
