Kathleen practices exclusively in the area of Family law. Kathleen appreciates that the end of a relationship can be challenging and she is committed to providing her clients with alternative options that are client focused and as cost effective.
Kathleen is a mediator, collaborative lawyer and an experienced litigator with experience in Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench and Court of Appeal.
Kathleen received her B.A. from the University of Lethbridge and her LLB from the University of Alberta; she was called to the Bar in 2002.
Kathleen was born and raised in Southern Alberta and has been proud to call Calgary home since 2006. Kathleen joined the firm of Miles Davison LLP in June of 2010 and looks forward to a long and happy career with the Miles Davison team.
Kathleen has taught as a sessional lecturer at the University of Lethbridge, Department of Political Science and at SAIT, Department of Business Management.
Kathleen is committed to a variety of charitable interests and in her free time Kathleen enjoys cooking and entertaining for family and friends, working out at her local gym or working to become more proficient at golf, skiing, cycling and running.
