Originally from Weyburn, Saskatchewan, Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in 1993 and Bachelor of Laws in 1996 from the University of Saskatchewan. Joseph is a litigator and joined Miles Davison LLP in 2013 where he carries on a civil litigation practice with a focus on wills and estates litigation.
