Professional Background
Jason’s practice is divided between civil litigation and corporate/commercial law. In the former area, he has dealt with clients and matters involving employment, commercial leasing, residential tenancies, collections and contractual disputes. In the latter area, there has been emphasis on private equity and debt financings, corporate governance, alternative energy, and joint ventures.
Jason has appeared before the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench and the Alberta Provincial Court (Civil).
