Professional Background
After practicing law with McNiven Kelly and its predecessors since 1957, Don joined Miles Davison McCarthy McNiven as counsel when the two firms merged.
Don’s practice is concentrated on corporate law, reorganizations, commercial transactions, land development, and wills and estates. With many years of experience ranging from the individual seeking help in administering an estate, to the restructuring of some of the country’s largest corporations, Don brings a wealth of experience to the issues facing his clients.
