Charles joined the Miles Davison McCarthy firm in 1982 and became a partner in 1984.
His areas of primary practice are in oil and gas, banking and securities, including equity and debt financing, oil and gas divestitures and acquisitions, oil and gas contracts, interpretation and resolution of contract disputes, and enforcement of security.
