Professional Background
Susan articled with MacPherson, Kelly, O'Neil & McNiven in 1979 and she became a partner of that firm in 1987. She became a partner of Miles Davison LLP when McNiven Kelly (as it was then known) merged with Miles Davison McCarthy in 2001.
Susan's practice is concentrated on insolvency law, banking, placement and enforcement of security, realizations and collections, personal property security and priority issues, and commercial transactions.

Avocations
Susan and her husband Bruce are the proud owners of Ernest, a Wheaten Terrier. She is an avid sailor and qualified skipper.. Susan also likes to garden, cook and play bridge.
