Professional Background
Susan articled with John McNiven in 1979. She and Mr. McNiven joined McNiven Kelly a year later in 1980 and she became a partner in 1987. Susan is a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
Susan's practice is concentrated on insolvency law, banking, placement and enforcement of security, realizations and collections, personal property security and priority issues, and commercial transactions.

Avocations
Susan owns the world's cutest dog, Ernest the Wheaten Terrier. She is a qualified skipper and an avid sailor. Susan also likes to garden, cook and play bridge. She is an intermediate skier and a mediocre golfer.
