Professional Background
Bill joined Miles Davison McCarthy in 1981 ande became
a partner in the firm in 1988. He has been a
member of the firm's management committee since
the early 1990s.
Bill's practice focuses on employment
and labour law. As a Chartered Arbitrator, he regularly
chairs labour arbitrations in the private and public
sector. He has also served as the chair of the Alberta
Human Rights Board of Inquiry.
He advises individuals and corporations
on employment law matters, including executive employment
contracts and wrongful dismissal litigation.
