Byron articled with Miles Davison McCarthy McNiven and
joined the firm in 1998.
Byron has a general litigation practice
with a focus on employment law, personal injury, insurance
and debtor/creditor's rights. He is experienced in the
area of residential real estate, conveyancing and mortgage
