Professional Background
Todd has been with the firm since he commenced his articles in 1992 and became a partner in 2000.

Todd's general litigation practice focuses on insurance law, sports and recreation law, employment law, administrative law and personal injury law. Todd is also counsel for the Real Estate Council of Alberta's ("RECA") Assurance Fund, and serves as counsel for RECA's Executive Director at disciplinary proceedings commenced under the Alberta Real Estate Act.
